The slow grow continues

Another month has passed (well more than a month, really) and there has been some limited progress on the painting front. I'm not really sure what my target was as the month started, but I ended up scrambling to reach my target by painting a couple of cannons toward the end of the month, and that was enough for me to at least be on track from a points perspective. I'm not proud, I'll take that.

10 Handgunners, including 1 champions with Hochland Longrifles (they're meant to be used as a couple of small detachments with the Halberdiers). Of course they're all on 20mm bases (all of my stuff will forever be on the old bases, and just lean on adapters).
The Longrifle on the left is a plastic GW model. The one on the right is actually stolen from the crew of a Magori War Wagon. There's a little difference in the scale of their weapons...
I don't really like being that guy with 2 Cannons in 500 points of stuff, but hey. I'm a Nuln player, right? It comes with the territory.
This one is a plastic GW Cannon. That would make it my 7th, I think. But my first on the correct base for The Old World, complete with little peripheral details to fill up the space.
I think this one is a Highlands model. Really very similar to the GW one. The crew are all the old plastics, but I don't mind having a bit more variety in the cannons.

We're still getting some pretty mixed results from the rest of the crew. Let's see how they're going...

Sean

Sean went the efficient approach this month, painting a couple of Herald models. Maybe at some point he'll paint a unit, but at the moment I think he's just having fun adding things that will tack on to the army he already has painted.

Skulltaker, who presumably will just run around as a normal Khorne Herald.
Some Herald of Tzeentch on a Disc. He really needs to finish the basing before he takes these photos...

Hamish

Hamish has upped his output a bit this month, moving from prototypes on to something a bit more substantial.
I assume this guy is a Shaman, and the unfortunate skellington on a stick is his braystaff.

We're starting to see a proper number of Gor.

Tim

Tim seems to have basically caught up on his first month, but some of his hobby energy continues to be burnt on preparing converted STLs to be printed rather than getting paint on things. I think he still hopes to catch up.

I think that might be 25 Clanrats, as well as a Ratling Gun and Warlock Engineer.

Noakes

Unfortunately indecision and avoidance has gotten the better of Noakes this month. He's painted a lot of stuff - just not a lot of it is helpful for the slow grow. Here is some marginal progress on a standard bearer though, just to show he hasn't forgotten us completely...

Jono

Some progress was made in assembling, basing and undercoating some Wood Elves, but I think we're yet to see any real paint on anything.

Pete

Pete has spent more time and energy being sick this month than doing anything really hobby related, but he didn't die completely and has at least started to assemble some stuff. We'll see if he can pick up this month.
